- David arrived on the Ship Shalimar in January 1859 into Victoria. What he did for the next 10 years is unknown. But at some point he went to Launceston Tasmania, where he met and married Christina BRUMBY. They returned to Victoria after the birth of Emma Blanche, who died in 1871. David and Christina came to WA about 1898. Nothing much is known about David and his family.
