    • This death record is believed to be that of the correct Anthony Vahey. We know from family stories (Una Hill) that Anthony moved to Manchester, and the stories also say that he died during the War. The age on the death certificate corresponds to Anthony's date of birth, and the informant is John Vahey, son -- and Anthony had a son John.
