- Wife of John Crumpler Sr. and mother of John Crumpler Jr.; her maiden name is not known. On 14 Mar 1750 she appeared in Southampton County court, Virginia, and voluntarily relinquished her right of dower in the land her husband conveyed to their son (Deed Book 1, pp 203-205). Some trees say she died in Nash County, North Carolina, but she was alive and in court in Virginia in 1750 (Stewart Crumpler).
